Frank Magliochetti is a seasoned healthcare executive and investment banker with over 40 years of experience building, scaling, and exiting companies in the medical, pharmaceutical, and healthcare services sectors.
He has led growth strategies for Fortune 500 firms and private ventures alike generating billions in enterprise value and guiding companies through
successful turnarounds, acquisitions, and exits.
Frank has held senior leadership roles at Baxter International, Haemonetics Corporation, and Sandoz Pharma (now Novartis), and has served as
President or CEO of multiple healthcare companies.
He co-founded one of the largest Medicare nursing and infusion therapy providers in the U.S., and led Orthorehab to a 52x return in just 30 months.
Today, he leads the Genetics Institute of America, a precision medicine diagnostics lab at the forefront of oncology and pharmacogenomics. As a strategic advisor to our team, Frank brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, M&A execution, and scalable business models—positioning us to build a high-growth, acquisition-driven med spa platform with long-term value for private equity or public markets.
Alex Clug — Partner & Strategic Advisor
Alex Clug is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a global track record of scaling businesses from inception to successful exit. A graduate of West Point and UCLA Anderson School of Management, Alex has led ventures across healthcare, fintech, natural resources, and technology.
Most notably, he was instrumental in the development and public listing of SS Innovations International (OTC: SSII), a medical robotics company now valued at over $1 billion. His leadership has driven rapid growth, including a 20x valuation increase in just six months for Secure Fortress Plc in the UK.
Alex has served as CEO, CFO, and COO in diverse international ventures—launching a gold mining company in Peru, building a telecom firm in Venezuela from startup to 6,000 employees, and leading M&A integrations across Latin America with Puntocom Holdings and Visa International.
As a strategic advisor to our team, Alex brings unmatched expertise in high-growth operations, capital structuring, and global expansion—key to building a premium med spa platform designed for private equity or public market exit.
Joshua Browning — Founder & Managing Partner
Joshua Browning is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and Florida native with a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. As a Property NCO for the elite 4th ANGLICO unit, Josh managed over $60 million in government assets and coordinated complex logistics in both domestic and combat environments.
Following his military service, Josh earned his degree from the University of Central Florida and built a career leading high-performance teams across real estate, construction, and consumer services—achieving top-tier closing rates and consistent revenue growth.
A graduate of the Quantum Leap Advantage (QLA) program at Guthrie Castle and Keller Williams’ BOLD Program, Josh combines strategic thinking with relentless execution. He founded Parula Medical Aesthetics to lead the acquisition and roll-up of medical spas, with a vision to create a dominant wellness platform positioned for private equity or IPO exit.
